You can now send messages and easily manage your conversations with customers using Google Allo or any massaging app. This feature is fully functional now. Here's how it works:
From your Google My Business dashboard click "TURN ON MESSAGING.
Next, enter a phone number and Welcome message. This is the message customers will receive when they start a conversation with you.
Finally, once your are done with the setup process, when customers see your listing on mobile search, they will see a “message” icon, which they can click:
